Second in the Warhol tribute series. I took my charcoal drawing and colorized it to emulate a silk-screen effect. Flat-colors where chosen and layed down in two slightly-offset layers to convey the impression of a printing registration error. This also hints at his style of laying down his color before overlaying the details, a revolutionary difference for the time. To emulate Andy’s preferred style of flat-matte-surface color, no depth or dimension can be seen in the color tones.
