Gary Taxali
[weblink] Submitted by J.Riddle on Mon, 11/13/2006 - 8:38pm. Comic-Art Style, IllustratorI first remember coming across Gary Taxali’s work in Rolling Stone. It definitely caught my attention. I really like the way his work has an unfinished and raw quality. (Not unlike this review.) Check out his site.
Joe Sorren
[weblink] Submitted by J.Riddle on Fri, 11/24/2006 - 8:20pm. Comic-Art Style, Illustrator, PainterJoe Sorren has some wonderful paintings and bronze sculpture on his site that is really worth paying a visit to. The exaggerated features on many of his subject’s faces really appeals to me, and his mastery of the difficult task of drawing/painting the human hand is striking. Check it out.
